Chat & AI Assistant

Built-in messaging for your workspace, plus an AI Assistant that can answer questions and point you to the right screen.

Open Chat (/chat).

Messaging

  • Pick a conversation from the list, read the thread, and reply.
  • Start a new message and @mention colleagues to loop them in.
  • Attach a file (document, image, or voice message) from the composer.
  • Start a 1:1 audio or video call from a direct conversation — an incoming call rings via the floating chat icon on any page.

AI Assistant

The Assistant appears as a special participant. Ask it a question in plain language — how to do something, where a feature lives, or for a quick summary — and it replies with guidance and relevant links.

Availability

The AI Assistant is available when the workspace has it enabled; if it's off, Chat still works for normal person-to-person messaging. It is not yet available in this environment.
