My Account¶
Your profile page is where you keep your own details up to date and check that nobody else has been using your account. Everyone has one — administrators, HR staff, and platform operators alike.
To open it: click your photo in the top-right corner of any page, then Profile.
Your details¶
The first card holds the things colleagues see and the ways the system reaches you.
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Full Name | Required. Appears beside your comments and on documents you generate. |
| Shown but not editable — see Changing your email below. | |
| Mobile Number | Required. A 10-digit Nepali mobile starting with 9 (e.g. 9801234567), or a full international number with its country code (e.g. +9779801234567). |
| Alternate Number | Optional second contact number, same formats. |
| Job Title | Optional. How your role is described to colleagues. |
| Calendar | Choose Bikram Sambat (BS) or Gregorian (AD). Every date shown to you across the system follows this choice. |
| Language | English or नेपाली. |
| About You | Optional, up to 500 characters. |
Click Save changes when you are done. If something is wrong, the field turns red and tells you what to fix — nothing is saved until it is right.
Changing your calendar changes it everywhere
Switching to Bikram Sambat re-renders dates across every screen you open, not just this page.
Sign-in & security¶
Your password and two-factor settings are held by the sign-in service, not by the ERP itself. The two buttons in this panel open your account security page in a new tab, where you can:
- Change password — you will need your current password. The new one must be at least 12 characters with upper case, lower case, a digit and a symbol, and cannot repeat any of your last five passwords.
- Manage two-factor — set up an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, or similar) by scanning a QR code, or turn an existing one off. Save the recovery codes it offers you somewhere safe; they are how you get back in if you lose your phone.
The Two-factor authentication badge shows whether it is currently On or Off. If it reads Couldn't check, the sign-in service was unreachable when the page loaded — refresh and try again rather than assuming it is off.
We never ask for your password inside the ERP
Any page inside the ERP that asks you to type your current password is not ours. Password entry only ever happens on the sign-in service's own site.
Changing your email¶
Your email address is how you sign in, so it cannot be changed from this page. Ask your workspace administrator — the change needs to be verified on the new address before it takes effect.
Your devices¶
Every browser you have signed in from is listed here, most recently used first. The one you are using now is marked This device.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Approved | Can sign in normally. |
| Pending approval | Waiting for an administrator. Sign-in from it is blocked until they decide. |
| Denied / Revoked | Refused. Signing in from it needs a fresh approval. |
Click Revoke on anything you do not recognise. That device is blocked immediately, and the next sign-in attempt from it goes back into the approval queue.
The first device is trusted automatically
The very first browser you ever sign in from is approved without an administrator, so that you are not locked out on day one. Everything after that waits for approval.
Active sessions¶
This panel lists where your account is currently signed in, with the address and the time it was last active.
Sign out everywhere ends all of those sessions at once. Use it if you have left yourself signed in on a shared or lost computer.
Give it a minute
Signing out everywhere stops any new activity immediately, but a browser that is already open may keep working for a few more minutes until its access token expires. If a device is lost, revoke the device as well as signing out — that block takes effect at once.
Recent security activity¶
The last dozen security events on your account: sign-ins, failed sign-ins, password changes, two-factor changes and device decisions, each with the date and the address it came from.
If you see a sign-in you did not make:
- Change your password straight away.
- Turn on two-factor authentication if it is not already on.
- Revoke any device you do not recognise.
- Tell your workspace administrator.
Failed sign-ins and lockouts are shown in red so they are easy to spot.
What is not on this page¶
Your employment record — bank accounts for salary, emergency contacts, citizenship and PAN numbers, leave balances — lives with HR, not here. Use the Employment & payroll details button at the top of the page, or see My Details (ESS).
The split is deliberate: this page is about your account and how you sign in, and it works the same way whether or not you are on anyone's payroll.
